TM Precision Furniture Assembly offers professional flat-pack furniture assembly, installation, custom wardrobe fitting, TV mounting, and handyman services for residential and commercial customers across the UK.
All services are carried out with the highest level of care, precision, and professionalism.

2. Bookings & Quotes

  • All bookings must be confirmed via email or phone before service delivery.

  • Quotes provided are based on the information you share; any changes in requirements or additional items may affect the final price.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for extra time, materials, or travel, where necessary.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

  • Invoices can be issued upon request.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, or transport issues).

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the workspace is clean, accessible, and safe before our team arrives.

  • Check that all furniture parts and fittings are available and undamaged before assembly begins.

  • Provide accurate instructions or product manuals when required.

6. Liability

  • TM Precision Furniture Assembly is not liable for manufacturing defects, missing parts, or pre-existing damage to customer items.

  • We take great care during installation but are not responsible for damage caused by poor-quality materials or unsafe wall conditions.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying that their walls and structures are suitable for mounting or installation.

7. Warranty & Guarantee

  • We guarantee our workmanship for 7 days from the date of service completion.

  • This guarantee covers assembly and installation issues directly related to our work, not product defects or misuse.

8. Privacy Policy

Your contact details are used solely for communication and booking purposes. We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without consent.
